Bent my tie rod on a hidden rock near Moab, fixed it with a hi-lift and a tow strap
Was crawling a line I'd done a dozen times off Kane Creek Road when the passenger side dropped just right and smacked a buried boulder, bent the tie rod enough to toe out bad, so I used my hi-lift to jack the axle and my tow strap wrapped around a juniper to pull it straight enough to limp back to camp, still drives a little wonky at 55, has anyone else straightened one on the trail and just run it?
