Update: that sway bar link I thought was fine was actually shot at 60k

I keep seeing guys say you can just eyeball a sway bar link and call it good, but mine felt tight in the driveway and was knocking like crazy on washboard roads out past Carson City last weekend. Pulled it and the ball joint had about a quarter inch of slop, so just grab the bar and shake it hard with the tires on the ground before you trust it.
