Oh wow, that's cool... I had that happen once with a poster for a band. My phone's camera was just too dirty, the lens was all smudged. I gave it a quick clean on my shirt and it scanned right away. Maybe try that, @david562... sometimes it's the simple stuff. That Austin one sounds neat though, what did the code actually do?
