I finally saw the new ad for that car company on a billboard downtown and the phone number was wrong.
It was on the 5th Street overpass, and the number had two digits swapped. We had to call the printer for a rush reprint and eat the cost, which was about $2,300. Has a small typo ever caused a big problem for you on a job?

Always get a second pair of eyes on final proofs before they go to print. That mistake is brutal.

Actually need a third pair of eyes, not just a second. The second person gets used to the layout and misses things. A fresh third person catches the obvious errors everyone else started to skip over. It's the only way to be sure.
