PSA: I was at the airport in Denver and their digital ad board was just cycling through the same three spots for an hour. That's not smart media buying.

Ugh that's the worst, feels like such a waste. Like you paid for a digital board for the motion and the chance to switch ads, but then you just run a tiny loop. It makes the brand look lazy or cheap, honestly. I'd be annoyed if I was stuck seeing the same thing over and over. Total fail on whoever planned that buy.

Exactly, it's like they forget the whole point of the screen. I saw one at a gas station that just had the same three slides for months. At that point just put up a poster, you know? It makes me not even want to look at the screen anymore because I already know what's on it. Feels like a huge missed chance to actually grab your attention.
