Switching our main ad platform from Google to TikTok last quarter doubled our under-25 engagement but cut our overall conversion rate by 15%.
Our team is split between those who think we should stay the course for brand building and those who want to pivot back to a more balanced mix, so what's your take on chasing engagement versus direct sales?

Our agency found a 70-30 split between brand and sales ads works best long-term.

Check your attribution settings before you write off brand spend. A lot of platforms misreport direct sales, making brand efforts look useless. You need the full funnel data to see what's actually working.

Sounds like you're buying a lot of likes but not a lot of actual stuff. The math says you're paying more to make less money, which is a bad business plan. Maybe split the difference before you go broke.
