Finally nailed my pour-over technique after 6 weeks of trying

I kept going back and forth between a metal filter and paper filters for my daily coffee. Picked the paper ones from a shop in Austin and man, the clarity is way better, no grit at the bottom. Took me about 12 tries to get the water temp and pour speed right, but this morning's cup was spot on. Anyone else struggle with choosing between filter types or just me?

Totally feel your pain, took me forever too.

sullivan.spencer" said ten minutes tops? I wish I had that luck lol. Took me like an hour and a half cause I got sidetracked watching cat videos halfway through and forgot what I was even doing. My cat kept walking across the keyboard too which didn't help. By the time I finished my coffee was cold and I had to reheat it like three times.

Nah, I found it pretty quick. Maybe 10 minutes tops.
