Shoutout to my old thermos from 2014 that still keeps coffee hot for 6 hours

I bought this beat up Stanley thermos at a moving sale in Denver for 3 bucks about 8 years ago, and yesterday I tested it with a timer after my morning brew stayed piping hot through an entire afternoon of hauling furniture. The thing hit exactly 145 degrees after 6 hours, which is way better than the 4 hour mark I expected from a thrift store find. Anyone else got an old coffee gear piece that refuses to quit?

Hold up, are we really acting like a thermos hitting 145 degrees after 6 hours is some kind of miracle? It's a thermos, that's like the bare minimum of what it's supposed to do.

I read somewhere that most thermoses barely keep coffee warm past lunch time.
