Overheard a Delta heavy mechanic talking about ultrasonic cleaning fuel nozzles
He said they pulled 40 nozzles off a CFM56 and ran them through an ultrasonic bath with some special solution, and the flow improvement was insane on the test rig. Anyone here tried that setup in their shop or still doing the manual soak and blow method?

That "flow improvement was insane" line got me, I always thought ultrasonic was overkill but now I'm rethinking our whole soak and blow setup.
