DAE get totally lost trying to follow seasonal anime discussions?
I was trying to keep up with the new shows this season and the threads on the main forums were a mess, just hundreds of posts with no order. I gave up after like three days of scrolling. Then I saw someone mention sorting by 'new' and just reading the first post of each weekly thread for the summary. I tried it for the show 'Solo Leveling' and it cut my catch-up time from an hour to maybe 10 minutes. It's so much easier to just get the basic plot points and see if the episode is worth watching. Does anyone else have a better way to filter out the noise in those huge episode threads?

Man, my buddy had the exact same problem last season. He was trying to follow the Chainsaw Man threads and got so fed up with the endless jokes and theory posts. He finally just started bookmarking the first page of each episode's discussion and only reading the top voted comment. Said it was like finding a clean map in a glove box full of old napkins.

Honestly that glove box napkin thing is way too real. Tbh I just gave up on episode threads and started reading the manga discussion posts instead. Way less noise over there.

Ever try sorting by "old" instead of "best"? I did that for the Chainsaw Man finale and it was wild. You see the first real reactions before the memes took over, like people freaking out about the eternity devil. @jake_torres68 is onto something with the manga threads, but the early anime comments are a different kind of gold. It's like watching the show for the first time twice.
