Just realized I completely flipped on how I watch seasonal anime

For years, I'd binge a whole season after it finished, like waiting for all of Jujutsu Kaisen's Shibuya arc to drop. Last fall, I started watching Spy x Family weekly as it aired because my friends kept talking about it. The weekly hype and forum chats made the experience way better, turning a show into a real event. Anyone else find they enjoy anime more when they're part of the weekly conversation instead of waiting?

Yo, that's so true. It's like how I stopped waiting to binge whole albums and started listening to singles as they drop. The weekly wait and talking about each track with friends makes you appreciate the whole thing way more when it's finally complete. That shared hype is half the fun.
