Just realized the new anime mural downtown is actually pretty divisive
Some folks think it's cool art that shows our town has culture, but others say it's just weird and doesn't fit the area's vibe. Ngl, I'm curious where everyone stands on this.

My buddy was complaining it looked cheap at first, but then he saw a bunch of high school kids taking pics in front of it and getting super excited. Said it kinda clicked for him then, even if it's not his thing. He figured if it makes people that happy to see it, it's doing its job.

That 10th Street mural last year had people fighting for weeks, I mean art is just like that sometimes.
