My entire Crunchyroll queue vanished after their app update last Tuesday

I lost over 40 shows I was planning to watch, and their support just told me to 'rebuild my list'. Has anyone else's watch history just completely reset like that?

Rebuild my list" is such a gut punch after losing 40 shows, I'd be furious too.

40 shows is a lot to just lose no argument there but honestly rebuilding your list is part of the deal with these streaming services. They change their catalogs all the time you know? I had like 20 movies vanish from my queue on Tubi last month and just started adding new ones I found.
