Found a 1962 repair ticket tucked in the back of an old Westinghouse fridge
Was pulling the back panel off a customer's fridge in Akron and a yellowed service slip from 1962 fell out. The guy charged $4.50 for a compressor check and wrote 'tell Mrs. K to stop slamming the door' on the bottom. Blew my mind that a house call cost less than my coffee now. Any of you ever find old paperwork like that stashed in a machine?
