Hit 1500 fridge repairs last month and found a pattern I wasn't expecting
Every single one had a dirty condenser coil hiding underneath, even the ones that were only 2 years old, so how often are you guys actually pulling the grille on a routine call?

@jackson.matthew That's where my head went too, I'm always more concerned when the newer units are already caked up. What's been your cutoff age where you actually start expecting to find a nasty coil underneath?

But is it really that bad if the tree was only 2 years old? I mean, a 2 year old tree is basically a stick with a few leaves on it. You didnt lose a mature oak or anything like that. I planted a bunch of saplings a few years back and lost half of them to deer the first winter. It stung a little but I just planted more the next spring. Those little trees are cheap and easy to replace. The bigger ones that have been around for a decade are the ones I really sweat over.
