That apartment manager's phone number request threw me off
She asked me to text her photos of the corroded dishwasher drain line because her property owner needed proof for the insurance claim, and it hit me that half my job now is documenting damage for other people's paperwork, so do you guys keep a standard photo checklist for every call or just wing it?
