Pro tip: Stop taking on giant ladder jobs without checking the access first
I showed up to a 60 foot oak removal in a tight backyard in Portland last month. The homeowner said there was 'plenty of room' for my bucket truck. Got the truck halfway down the side yard and realized it wouldn't fit past the fence gate. Ended up having to climb the whole thing with a handsaw and rope, took me twice as long as I quoted. Anyone else get burned by trusting a customer's description of the access?
