That homeowner who insisted I trim his oak in July still haunts me a year later
Guy in Maplewood flagged me down last summer, said he read online that pruning in July is fine if you clean your tools. I warned him about oak wilt, but he waved me off and paid someone else $400 to do it. Have you ever walked away from a job knowing it'll kill the tree?
