Warning: a customer asked me to rope a massive willow oak and it nearly went sideways
I had a homeowner in Raleigh tell me to drop a 60 foot limb in one piece over their brand new shed, and I argued with him for 15 minutes about sectioning it. He kept insisting his uncle did it that way for 30 years, so I finally asked him to sign a waiver - has anyone else dealt with customers who think their experience beats your climbing credentials?

Wait, did you actually make him sign a waiver or was that a bluff? I had a guy once who wanted me to limb his giant pecan tree with a handsaw because "that's how his grandpa did it" (grandpa died from a fall, but whatever).
