PSA: check your local dig site photos from 2019 vs now
I was comparing satellite images of the old Roman quarry outside Tarragona from 2019 and this summer, and the whole east face is gone, like 40 feet of exposed strata just cleared out. Someone with heavy equipment stripped it down to the bedrock either for fill dirt or to sell the stone blocks. Has anyone else seen this kind of rapid site loss in their area, and what did you do about reporting it?
