Spent 3 hours chasing a draft in my bedroom only to find it was the outlet cover on the north wall

I stuffed weatherstripping around the window and even pulled the trim off the baseboard looking for a gap, and it turns out the foam gasket behind the outlet plate in my Denver apartment was just gone. Has anyone else had a draft come from a spot that made you feel kind of dumb after?
