Was convinced meal prepping was a waste of time until I tried it for 3 weeks straight.
I always thought it was just for fitness influencers until my coworker Lisa showed me her Sunday routine and I gave it a shot. Now I save about $50 a week on lunch and actually eat vegetables. Has anyone else been surprised by something they swore they'd never do?

HAH. Look, I tried meal prepping for about a week and a half and I swear it made my life WORSE. I spent my whole Sunday cooking bland chicken and sad broccoli, then by Wednesday I was SO sick of eating the same thing I ended up ordering takeout anyway. Plus all that Tupperware took over my fridge and I had to wash the same damn containers every night. Id rather just grab a sandwich from the deli across the street for 8 bucks and move on with my day.

Three different lunches in rotation keeps me from getting bored with it.

Rotating lunches like that uses way less produce, so the grocery bill drops a good bit.
