Hot take: editing photos in natural light vs. on a calibrated monitor is a totally different beast and I can't decide which is better for color accuracy.
I used to always adjust my photos sitting at my desk with a fancy monitor but after editing a batch on my porch last weekend the colors looked way more true to life on my phone screen, has anyone else noticed a big shift depending on where you do your edits?

Did you check them on a different screen after? My buddy edits real estate photos and he swore by his monitor setup for years. Then he accidentally saved a batch on his laptop while camping and the colors looked way better on his client's phone than anything he'd done before. He still keeps his monitor but now he always checks the final export on his phone outside before sending them out.

Oh man YES, I had the exact same wake-up call when my sunset shots looked totally different on my friends' phones than my monitor lol.
