I spent 3 hours trying to figure out why my new monitor wouldn't connect to my laptop.
Turns out I needed to update the graphics driver, which I found buried in a forum post from 2018. Has anyone else had a simple tech fix take an entire afternoon?

Ugh, that's the worst. I always check drivers first now because of a similar nightmare. Saves so much time.
