My dryer died mid-cycle with a full load of wet clothes yesterday

Came home from work to find my apartment smelling like burnt rubber and my hoodie still dripping. The drum just stopped spinning around 3pm and now it won't even turn on. Landlord says I gotta wait until Monday for the repair guy. Anyone got tips for drying clothes without a machine when you live in a small place?

$20 drying rack from Target and a cheap fan pointed at it. Works way better than you'd think, I've been without a dryer for six months now after mine gave out. The fan is the key part - without moving air those clothes will just sit there damp and start smelling.

Honestly, this is the exact move. I had the same thing happen last winter and I was stressing hard. That fan trick is no joke, I rigged up a little clothesline in my bathroom and had a box fan going all night. By morning everything was dry, even my thickest jeans. You just gotta make sure you give everything enough space so the air can actually get to it.
