Pro tip: my interview prep notes on the back of a grocery list actually worked
I had a phone screen for a dispatch job last Tuesday and wrote my three talking points on the back of my shopping list because my printer was out of ink. Halfway through the call the guy asked about handling angry callers and I froze, so I just read off the note about the time I talked down a guy yelling about a late delivery and somehow it landed. What's the weirdest thing you've used to prep for something big?
