Logged 40 miles on the Beltline last month without meaning to, and the numbers caught me off guard
I started walking the Eastside Trail in March just to get out of the apartment, and I checked my phone last week and somehow I'd logged 40 miles. I know that sounds small compared to real runners, but for me it was wild because I never set a goal, I just kept going past Krog Street Market instead of turning around. What got me was realizing the trail connects so many spots that the miles sneak up on you. Does anyone have a stretch they like better for a long walk, like up toward Piedmont Park or further south past the skate park?
