Lost $60 on that fancy parking app downtown...

I paid for a full month of parking through that ParkWhiz lot near Peachtree Center and the QR code wouldn't scan at the gate last Tuesday... ended up having to pay another $25 just to get out. Has anyone else had their prepaid parking fail at those automated garages?

oh man that exact same thing happened to me at that same Peachtree Center lot lol. i learned the hard way to always screenshot the confirmation and the QR code BEFORE i get to the gate, the app sometimes doesnt load right. also try emailing their customer support with a photo of the extra receipt, they refunded me the $25 after i complained for like a week straight.

starting to think that lot has a glitch in the matrix or something, emmag22, cause I paid twice there in one day and my receipt number was the same both times.

Huh, I used to just blame bad luck when stuff like that happened. But seeing you and robertb47 both dealing with the same glitch makes me think maybe that lot really is cursed or something. Good tip on the screenshot thing though, I'm definitely doing that from now on.
