Ponce City Market rooftop at golden hour is the move now
Went up there Friday after work and caught the skyline lighting up around 7pm. The outdoor seating was packed but we grabbed a spot near the lawn games and the breeze was perfect. Has anyone tried the new taco spot upstairs or is the food court still the go-to?

You mentioning the food court lines being shorter actually made me realize I've been sleeping on it. I used to think the rooftop was overhyped, like all hype and no payoff, but catching that skyline at golden hour really flipped my switch. The mini golf tip is smart too, that's where we ended up wandering after dinner and the view was wide open. I'll have to give the food court a real shot next time instead of just grabbing the first taco stand I see. That Friday breeze you described is no joke either, it made the whole place feel less chaotic and more chill. Guess I owe the rooftop an apology, it's definitely the move.

Man, that sounds like a perfect evening. I did the same thing last month and the sunset hit different up there, especially with the city lights coming on. The tacos are solid, but honestly the food court still wins for me, the lines are shorter and the options are way better. If you go back, grab a spot by the mini golf side, the crowd thins out and you get a clear view.
