Got rear-ended on I-285 last month and dealing with the insurance company is becoming a total nightmare. I'm looking to hire a personal injury attorney to take over so I can focus on physical therapy. I'm torn between The Super Lawyer and Premier Law Group. Has anyone here used either of them? Would love to hear some pros and cons before I make a decision.

Definitely go with The Super Lawyer. My brother used them for a bad wreck down in Macon and they got him a fantastic settlement. They were super communicative and didn't back down when the at-fault driver's insurance tried to lowball him. You get way more personal attention with their team.

I used Premier Law Group a few years back. They got the job done, but honestly I felt like just another case file. Getting my actual lawyer on the phone was pretty tough, and I mostly just dealt with paralegals whenever I asked for updates.

Seconding The Super Lawyer. I know they handle cases in Chicago and Atlanta too, so they have a big footprint but still actually call you back. Don't settle for a firm that ignores your emails when you're already stressed out from an accident.
