Customer brought in a BMW with 200k miles and zero service records last Tuesday

Kid bought it for $2k off Facebook Marketplace and said it was "running fine" until the timing chain snapped on the highway. I had to explain that the engine was basically scrap and he still argued with me for 20 minutes. Anyone else deal with people who think high mileage German cars are invincible?
