Hot take: a service writer in Tulsa called my diag process "guessing with extra steps"
Heard him say it to the new kid right after I'd spent 40 minutes on a no-start tracing voltage drops, and it stung more than I want to admit. The part that got me was he wasn't totally off, because I never wrote anything down, so to him it just looked like me poking wires. How do you all document a diag so the front desk sees the work and not just the bill?
