Had a 737 throw a bad GPS approach yesterday. Fixed it in 20 minutes after a full hour of chasing ghosts.

Wait, shouldn't that be a GPS guided approach not a GPS approach?

Oh boy, you're bringing back flashbacks to my first flying lesson. I remember telling the instructor "I think I got the GPS approach down" and he just gave me that look like I'd said something deeply embarrassing. Turns out there's a big difference between having a GPS unit in the plane and knowing how to actually use it for approaches. I still get them mixed up sometimes, especially when I'm tired after a long day. It's like how I explain the difference between reading a map and knowing where you're going - they're related but not the same thing at all.
