Remember when you could just pull a schematic from the binder in the hangar?
Last week in Tulsa, I spent 45 minutes just trying to get the right digital manual to load on the tablet. Has anyone else's shop gone fully paperless yet?

Our safety guy said the paperless system cut our error rate by 15%. I mean, that's a big deal, but idk if it counts the errors from the techs who can't get the stupid thing to work in the first place. Maybe it's just me but that feels like moving the problem instead of fixing it. You spend more time fighting the tablet than you do checking the actual work.
