My cheap patio umbrella launched itself into the neighbor's yard during a storm Tuesday
I mean I watched it lift off like a rocket from my deck chair around 3pm and then it landed upside down in their petunias, does anyone make a base that actually stays put in wind?

Launched itself? You got a free test flight for a patio umbrella rocket, sounds like it was aiming for the neighbors on purpose.

Did the whole thing go airborne or just the top part? Cause I had a similar thing happen last summer but mine decided to relocate to the roof of my shed instead of the neighbors yard. I used a cinder block as a base and it still took off like it had somewhere better to be.
