Went with pavers over poured concrete for my 12x14 patio in Tucson, and now I am second guessing
We put the patio in about 5 months back. The quote for stamped concrete was $4,200 and the pavers came in at $5,600, so I went pavers because everyone told me they hold up better in the heat out here. They do look nice. But the sand between them washes out every time we get a monsoon, and I am already tired of sweeping it back in. A neighbor said I should have just sealed the concrete and saved the money. What are you all using in your joints, or did I pick the wrong way to go?
