Hit 200 pounds of tomatoes this season and nobody warned me about this

I've been growing tomatoes in my backyard in Raleigh for 5 years and this year I finally tracked everything... turns out I harvested 200 pounds off just 12 plants. But here's the thing, everyone talks about canning or freezing but nobody mentioned how much space 200 pounds of tomatoes takes up in your kitchen. Has anyone else had a harvest number that caught them off guard and how did you handle the overflow?

Same thing happened to me last year, I was drowning in cherry tomatoes for weeks.
