Thinking about how my first tomato cage build has lasted a decade

I was cleaning out the shed last weekend and found the first tomato cage I ever built. It's just some old wire and stakes, but it's still holding up. Back then, I didn't have all the YouTube tutorials or store-bought kits. I just copied what my neighbor did. Now, I see all these new systems, but that simple cage has seen so many seasons. It reminds me that sometimes the basic stuff works best. I'm thinking of fixing it up for another year instead of buying new.
