Rant: That guy who backed into the fire hydrant outside Ace Hardware on Main Street last Tuesday
Saw a guy in a big Ford F-150 try to parallel park in front of the store and he just crunched right into the hydrant, didn't even stop to check. Water shot up like a geyser for 10 minutes before the city could shut it off, and his bumper was bent up pretty bad. Has anyone else ever seen someone just drive away after hitting something like that, or did I witness a special kind of dumb?

Dude that's next level stupid. A fire hydrant is literally the most obvious thing to avoid, its painted bright colors and sits right there. Bumping it and then peeling out just makes you look guilty as hell. Plus the water bill for that mess is gonna be nasty. Natural selection at work I guess.
