TIL this weekend that one bad parker can ruin an entire Target lot

Saturday I pulled into the Target off Colfax and saw a minivan parked sideways across three spots near the entrance. People were lining up behind it and somebody actually honked for 2 minutes straight. I'm trying to figure out what makes someone think that's okay - is it pure laziness or like some kind of spite thing? Anyone else notice it's always one specific type of car doing this garbage?
