Watched a BMW driver try three spots before picking the one blocking the crosswalk

I was waiting for my coffee at a 7-Eleven off Route 9 last Tuesday and saw this silver BMW 3 Series pull in. The driver spent over a minute adjusting between two handicap spots and a regular one, then just parked dead center over the crosswalk lines. Got out like it was no big deal. Has anyone else noticed BMW drivers in particular do this way more than others?

Oh man that reminds me of this guy I saw at a Walmart in Jersey a few weeks ago! He had a brand new Audi and spent like five minutes backing into a spot that was already fine, then got out and walked away leaving his door hanging open into the next car. I was just standing there with my cart like, did that really just happen. Some people really just park like the rules don't apply to them, especially with those nicer cars I swear.
