Watched a guy in Dallas take 45 seconds to reverse into a spot, then he just parked in the fire lane anyway
Stood there for a full minute thinking he was lining up for the spot, and after all that he left the car right in front of the hydrant, so now I'm wondering if blocking the hydrant is actually a bigger ticket than the bad angle was in the first place.
