A client's kid gave me the most honest review of my shop music
I was doing a skin fade on a regular last Thursday, playing my usual 90s hip-hop mix. His son, maybe 7 years old, looked up from his tablet and said, 'Mister, your songs sound like my grandpa's car.' I was using a cheap Bluetooth speaker on a shelf. The next day, I spent $120 on a decent soundbar and switched to more current playlists. Has anyone else gotten a reality check from a kid's comment, lol?

Ever have a kid tell you your whole vibe is outdated? My niece said my favorite jacket looked like something from a "old movie," so I finally donated it. Sometimes you just need that blunt honesty to make a change.
