Foil shaver trick for tricky necklines, found it by accident

Been fighting with ingrowns on my own neck for months. Tried a foil shaver after a 47 dollar one showed up at a pawn shop in Denver. Used it with the grain at a 15 degree angle, dry skin, no pre-shave oil. Clients noticed the difference on their own necks, now I offer it as an add-on for 5 bucks.
