Ngl, overhearing a dad in my chair say 'he just wants the same cut as me' flipped my whole view on kids' haircuts.
Honestly, I used to think kids just needed a quick trim to look neat, but after that, I realized a simple fade on a 7-year-old can be a huge confidence boost and a way to connect with his dad, so how do you guys approach making a kid's first real haircut special?

Right? It makes you wonder how many other everyday things we could look at differently. What if we applied that same kind of thinking to something boring, like waiting in line or doing chores? Might make them less of a drag. You ever try to flip your view on something simple like that?
