Fake North Face jackets flood the flea market circuit in Phoenix, check the tags
I was at the 16th Street flea market last Sunday and heard a vendor whisper to another that a whole pallet of those puffer jackets came in from a return lot, but the zippers are all wrong. Turns out the real ones have a specific stitch pattern on the inside pocket that these fakes totally miss. I checked three booths selling them for $25 each and every single one had that tell. A buddy who resells gear told me these same knockoffs are popping up at swap meets all over Maricopa County this month. Don't drop cash on a deal that looks too clean until you flip that pocket liner. Has anyone else spotted a batch like this at their local market lately?

Saw the same thing at the Mesa swap meet two weeks ago, guy had a whole rack and every zipper pull felt cheap as hell. Checked the inner pocket on one and the stitching was a total mess compared to my real one at home.
