That lady at the church rummage sale told me I was pricing my garage sale stuff wrong
She said nobody cares what I paid for it, they care what they can get it for. Next sale I priced everything under $5 and sold four times as much stuff.

You ever accidentally price something based on what you paid for it instead of what someone might actually give you for it? I once tried to sell a lamp for twenty bucks because I "knew what it was worth" and ended up donating it three sales later.
