Hot take: I picked the cheap toilet paper and now I regret everything

I was at the store staring at two options: the name brand 3-ply for $8 or the generic 1-ply for $3. I went with the cheap stuff to save money. Let me tell you, after three days of using it, my bathroom visits turned into a survival game. Has anyone else made this mistake and learned the hard way?

It's funny how one little choice like toilet paper can reveal a bigger pattern. We all do this thing where we pick the cheap option up front, then end up paying for it in other ways later. Like buying the off-brand trash bags that rip every time you take out the garbage, or that bargain shampoo that leaves your hair feeling like straw. We think we're saving money but really we're just adding little annoyances to our day that add up. Sometimes the more expensive thing is the better deal because you only buy it once and it actually works.
