Paid $45 for a cheap bidet attachment, my monthly toilet paper bill dropped by 80%
I finally caved and bought one of those basic bidet attachments from a hardware store in Portland. It took maybe 30 minutes to install under my bathroom sink, no plumber needed. Six weeks later I am still on the same pack of toilet paper I used to blow through in a week. The water pressure is a little aggressive at first but you get used to it fast. The only downside is my kids think it is a water toy and keep spraying the floor. Has anyone else switched and noticed their sewer bill went up from the extra flushing? I am curious if that cancels out the paper savings.
