Tried paper towels vs. a microfiber cloth for my bathroom mirror yesterday

I have this stupid streak problem that drove me nuts for months, and the paper towels just left lint everywhere no matter what cleaner I used. Swapped to a damp microfiber cloth my wife had in the laundry pile and the mirror looked perfect in one wipe, no streaks at all. Has anyone else found a random household item that totally beat the fancy product you were wasting money on?

Yep, 100%. Coffee filters are the real MVP for windows. No lint, no streaks, just clean glass.

For real though, the "no lint" part is what gets me. I used to use paper towels and end up spending half my time picking little fuzz balls off the glass, especially on sunny days where they show up like crazy. Coffee filters just... work. They grab the grime without leaving any of their own mess behind. It's one of those little hacks that just makes life easier, you know?
